Robbins Firm attorneys represented a Gwinnett County professional employer organization (“PEO”) in a dispute with the Department of Labor for over $1 million in alleged delinquent unemployment taxes.  Our attorneys represented the PEO before the Office of State Administrative Hearings, which significantly reduced the potential tax liability.  On appeal to the Superior Court of Fulton County, we were then able to defeat the entire alleged tax liability.  The Department of Labor did not appeal the decision.
