Our Story
Robbins Government Relations (“RGR”) is recognized as one of Georgia’s strongest and most effective groups of bi-partisan, public affairs professionals in the State. RGR provides governmental affairs services to a variety of different entities, including some of Georgia’s most coveted headquartered businesses, several important and highly regulated industry trade associations, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and multi-national corporations.
RGR consists of ten members with extensive government backgrounds and deep political relationships in the State of Georgia and Washington, D.C. Three of our team members previously served as Executive Counsel’s to Governors of Georgia; one was a Deputy Chief of Staff for a Georgia Governor; one as an Assistant Executive Counsel to Governor Brian Kemp; and one was a Chief Legal Counsel for the Georgia Secretary of State.
Additionally, RGR members previously served as staff members and counsel to state legislative committees, and the RGR team includes a former member of the Georgia House of Representatives and Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. With these backgrounds and experience, RGR has maintained trusted working relationships with the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House of Representatives, as well as the majority and minority caucuses in the General Assembly.
The members of RGR have a long history of lobbying and advocacy, with various members having successfully drafted, lobbied and obtained legislative, budget and agency victories for its clients. Since its founding, RGR has capitalized on the experience of its members to establish a reputation as one of the state’s premier bi-partisan public affairs firms.
