Robbins Firm Scores Victory for National Homebuilder

Robbins Firm attorneys recently cleared the way for a longtime client, a large national luxury homebuilder, to proceed with a 125-home residential development in suburban Atlanta.  The project was stalled when the former owner filed a quiet title action seeking to nullify the prior sale of the property to the developer (our client’s business partner) and recover ownership of the property.  The Robbins Firm, working in tandem with the developer’s counsel, quickly filed suit and had the matter set for a hearing in front of a Special Master a month later.  After a two-day hearing held over a weekend, the case ultimately settled very favorably for our client.
