Robbins Firm Quickly Stops Theft of Client Secrets

Robbins Firm attorneys successfully obtained a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in Fulton County Superior Court on behalf of its client, an Atlanta-based global technology distributor, against two former sales employees who had resigned and allegedly attempted to steal the company’s customers and trade secrets on the way out the door – all in violation of the employees’ legal obligations to the company.  Within a week of the employees’ resignations, the Robbins Firm had investigated the incident and filed a lawsuit and motion for a TRO against them.  The Robbins Firm prevailed at the TRO hearing and, within a week, the defendants had agreed to a consent TRO to turn over all company information and have their personal devices imaged to ensure compliance.
