Robbins Firm Defends Amusement Machine Contracts in Lottery Arbitration

After customers of the firm’s client, an owner of bona fide coin operated amusement machines (“COAMs”), attempted to avoid their contractual obligations to our client, we took the dispute to arbitration under the auspices of the Georgia Lottery Corporation’s regulatory jurisdiction.
