Robbins Firm attorneys obtain procurement victory – before documents even produced by government entity

Josh Belinfante recently obtained a victory for a Speech and Rehabilitation Therapy company bidding for work with the a Georgia school district.  The school system initially scored the proposal 5.5 points too low to be considered for financial scoring.  Before the school system provided a single document in response to our Open Records Act request, we worked with the client to provide the school system with a detailed analysis of the scoring errors.  The system ultimately agreed, rescored the client’s proposal, and it allowed them to compete on financial proposals.
