Lisa Heller Joins the Robbins Firm

We are pleased to announce that Lisa L. Heller has joined the firm. Lisa served six years as managing partner of the Atlanta office of Robbins Kaplan LLP (and one of the first female managing partners in Atlanta). Lisa has litigated business disputes in federal and state courts throughout the country for over twenty years. Her practice will focus on litigation involving international distribution agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, trade secrets, trademarks, and restrictive covenants, and she will continue her class action practice involving written contracts, consumer protection issues, and race, sex and age discrimination.
