Our firm represents one of the largest luxury car dealerships in the United States.  Our client was sued for misappropriating trade secrets and confidential information from the manufacturer based on the alleged posting of certain car-related information on the internet.  The manufacturer sought damages and to terminate the dealership as a result of the alleged misappropriation.  After extensive discovery and numerous depositions, the case settled before the summary judgment deadline.  The terms of the settlement are confidential, and the dealership remains in business.
